Service Description

This is the next step in the process - project and property analysis. This comprehensive report will provide diagrams, drawings, and data that outline and describe zoning, building codes, restrictions, and various external factors that affect your specific building project and property. Once completed, this report will clearly outline, in detail, your specific project requirements for any architect and/or contractor and assist you in making informed decisions about your project. This phase begins with a virtual meeting on ZOOM to discuss your project in depth. Afterwards, depending on project scope and size, the final report can take up to 2 weeks to properly gather all the necessary information and document it. We then have a final virtual meeting to discuss the report findings, answer any questions or changes you may have, and talk about steps moving forward.
